Here’s a wee photo stream of my experience during the wintery weekend of the first Young Agrarians Young
Farmer Mixer at the beautiful Summerhill Pyramid winery in Kelowna, BC.
This hummus got blended for hours, plural. Rule #1 of cooking for 60+: the bigger your machine, the less time it takes.
