The Executive Director is the key management leader of the Certified Organic Associations of BC (COABC), a non-profit organization that represents the organic sector in BC. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing organizational leadership, operational functions, and strategic plan implementation. Other key duties include communications, evaluation, policy development, fundraising, and outreach. This full time (40 hours per week) position reports directly to the Board of Directors, is based out of the Vernon office, and requires occasional travel.
