Tea Creek is looking to bring on a full time farmer to join our team for the 2022 growing season. Tea Creek is an Indigenous-led, land-based, experiential, culturally-safe food sovereignty employment and training initiative located near Kitwanga in rural Northwestern BC. We are a farm and training program uniquely situated at the intersection of 3 major climatic areas: Coastal, Northern and Interior. Young Agrarians is celebrating the seventh year of the Business Mentorship Network (BMN) program. The BMN offers business mentorships  to a diverse array of new and young farmers across BC. Through one-on-one mentorship and peer networks, young farmers develop the skills necessary to operate ecologically sustainable and financially viable farm businesses.
