Seeking farmers 55 years of age and younger who have farmed along northern BC’s Highway 16 corridor for 10 years or less to participate in research on farmers’ motivations. UNBC graduate student, Mike Dewar is conducting research on the motivations and success of new and young farmers and ranchers in Northern BC’s Highway 16 Corridor.  He is currently seeking potential research participants. The investigation will examine new and young farmers’ motivations focusing on farmers’ goals, resources, and practices that facilitate success.
