Bullying and harassment in the workplace is considered to be a vital part of a company’s health and safety program. These issues pose a potentially very serious risk to the mental and physical health, well-being, and safety of workers in agriculture. To help employers and workers address this issue AgSafeBC has produced an informational video titled, “What is Bullying and Harassment”. Any one of these activities can lead to a Musculoskeletal Injury (MSI). A musculoskeletal injury is an injury or disorder of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves, blood vessels or related soft tissue, and includes sprains, strains, and inflammation that may be caused or aggravated by work.
