Dr. Fred Provenza, the author of Nourishment: What Animals Can Teach Us about Rediscovering Our Nutritional Wisdom  will be on a workshop tour around Manitoba. Tuesday, March 17 – MBFI  Wednesday, March 18 – Glenboro Theatre Thursday, March 19 – Pipestone Community Hall All workshops start at 10:00 am and wrap up at 3:30 pm. Dr. Provenza was a faculty member in the Department of Range Science from 1982 to 2009.
