ABOUT Ferme et Foret Our farm is a hybrid that is about 50% maple, 25% prepared food, 10% cultivated crops, 10% wild harvested crops, and 5% livestock. ABOUT Ferme et Foret We produce maple syrup, eggs, log-grown shiitake mushrooms, berries, garlic, asparagus, wild foods, and prepared food. We are on a 150 acres farm of mixed fields and forest.
