An update from the Capital Region Food and Agriculture Initiative Roundtable (CRFAIR) This spring the Capital Regional District (CRD) completed a Foodlands Access Program Feasibility Study (‘the Study’), the completion of which was recommended in the Regional Food and Agriculture Strategy.
