Located in the southern part of the Cariboo plateau, the Ranch stretches across 1200 deeded acres, several thousand acres of adjoining rangeland. Of the large swathes of hay fields, 78 acres is under pivot irrigation. More hay is cut than needed for the current operation, with excess sold off-ranch. This established ranch is well equipped with hay sheds, barns, calving equipment, and other buildings and infrastructure for the cattle operation. Fencing around fields is well maintained, and a full-time manager lives on site looking after current operations.

Currently running 150 head of cattle, this productive ranch is only at a third of it’s capacity, with room to graze and feed more livestock. Landowners are looking for someone who is interested in leasing part of the operation, and could graze up to a few hundred head of cattle. This ranch is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their farm business, and ready to utilize the additional grazing and hay capacity the land has to offer.
