ABOUT THE LAND

Near 264 St and 69 Ave in Langley, this residential property has 3 acres available that is  suitable for a greenhouse, vertical farming or nursery operation. The land is levelled and gravelled. It previously housed 60,000 square feet of greenhouses owned by a local nursery. Electricity and (limited) well water are available. A holding tank will be required to pump and store water for use due to the low flow rate of the well.
