Centrally located in East Kelowna, this quarter-acre field is available for a vegetable, flower, or tree fruit operation!

The property totals one acre and has been family-owned for nearly 60 years. The land is in the ALR and was previously subdivided from the neighbouring farm properties, so the whole property is surrounded by orchards with buffer zones in place.

There a few remaining fruit trees scattered across the property, including apples, plums, peaches, cherries, goose berries, and currants, as well as raspberries and blackberries. The fruit has previously been picked by a management company and donated to a local food bank, and the landholders are open to seeing this continue or having the incoming farmer make use of the produce.
