ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The owners, a young couple, will be living on the property and are looking for a farmer would like to make use of the land’s potential and establish a vineyard with potential for a longer-term joint venture to establish a winery in the heart of Kelowna. The owners are able to assist in some capacity with field prep and ongoing care taking of the crops, all of which can be negotiated into the lease agreement. Other crop types will be considered, however a white grape vineyard is preferred.
