Near 248 St and King Rd in Aldergrove, this unique farming opportunity has 5 acres of fenced farmland. The land has been parcelled into 4-5 fenced plots suitable for rotating sheep or other livestock. The plots have a shelter with a feeding area for the livestock. The land has well water and electricity. There is also one acre of orchard with 75 varieties of well maintained apples, peaches, grapes and other fruits. There is a Coolbot-equipped storage room for the produce.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The landholders live on the property and work from home. There is a separate driveway that provides access to the fields. The landholder would like to see the land put to good use. This land is suitable for raising livestock. Onsite butchering is not permitted. The landholder would like to find a tenant that can maintain the land and infrastructure on it, and obtain BC Assessment Farm Classification.

  1. It is interesting for us. We have chosen the two main paths of the beekeeping and the milk goat ( now only for us).
    We are also interested in organic vegetable growing and gardening.
