There are 120 (114 in ALR zoning) acres in total. There are both prepared/unprepared crop bed areas. There are both fenced and unfenced livestock pastures plus land that can be cleared more intensely for more pasture. There are many creeks and ponds that traverse the property. The soils and waters have been tested for farming with excellent results.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

1 to 20 acres are available for your farm activity plus space for a tiny home and/or trailer and/or mobile home style dwelling depending on length of leasehold desired (possibly conducted in phases). This property is surrounded by crown land. Wildcrafting of medicinal plants (nettle, hemp, wild mint, cottonwood, burdock, plantain, willow and many other significant healers) and mushrooms (Pine, Chanterelle, Morels, Puffball) available on property and nearby.

In return, the landholder expects a leasehold structure with payments monthly plus a deposit depending on length of term desired. Part could be paid in percentage of income from farm activity(ies).
The landholder requires that you are conscientious with regards to the natural environment and operate with sensitivity to keep waters and soils healthy. They have passed the Environmental Farm Plan status and will be working to maintain that.
