This land opportunity is located in Castlegar, a community of about 8000 people at the confluence of the Kootenay and Columbia Rivers, 40 minutes west of Nelson. The land is currently being developed as a homestead with a small orchard, market garden, greenhouse and chicken coop. The property has areas that are still raw and unfenced, accessed from the same driveway as the main residence.

The residential lot has wifi and cell service. The driving time to downtown Castlegar is 5 minutes. The current owner is developing this property and looking for some like-minded people to use the land for food production and live in community.
