ABOUT THE LAND
This beautiful 38 acre property is full of opportunity. At least 15 acres are in pasture, one 5 acre field of prime, fully exposed growing space would be a great place to start. The rest of the land is forested (including a disk golf course!) and has a lake with unlimited water supply. The pasture is currently used for very low density cattle grazing. Water lines are already in place to all three of the available fields (roughly 5 acres each) from the lake. The fields are fenced for livestock, and if vegetable production is intended deer fencing would need to be installed.
Centrally located close to the ocean in Cobble Hill, there is easy access to markets in both Duncan and Victoria.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The owners (two brothers and their families), live on the property and are looking for a farmer who would like to make use of the land’s potential and build a long term farming venture there. The owners are open to ideas – animals, vegetables, orchard… anything is possible!

Hello AZJA
I trust you are well and 2020 is spoiling you with immense joy.
We as a family attended your meeting at ” The Hub” at the end of last year and was pleasantly surprise with the opportunities available.
Non of the people we met were interested though to have livestock on their land which I truly understand and respect.
That is why I am really interested and excited to meet with anybody that will be willing to allow livestock/feathered friends on their land. Livestock is not our only interest so vegetables ext can be integrated into the opportunity.
The 38 acres in Cobble hill seems like a viable opportunity.
How do we go about to arrange a meeting with the land owners.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Greetings Stephan
