This land opportunity is located in the community of Revelstoke, a town of about 15,000 located on the banks of the Columbia River. The property boasts 3-4 acres of cultivable land and has a view of the nearby resort. The land was previously a homestead and hobby farm for almost 50 years. While some areas are ready for cultivation, others will need a bit flattening, a few stumps pulled, and some new fencing.

The land is just outside city limits and accessed by a paved road. The land has some tree coverage and rich, fertile soil.
