The greenhouses have roofs that vent and are equipped with shade cloth.The greenhouses can be used for growing vegetables (tomato, bell peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, etc), fruits (strawberries, etc) or nursery plants.

There is an additional 1800 ft2 of warehouse and packing space. Included are a 8,000,000 BTU Saskatoon Boiler, climate control systems, water storage tanks and a diesel backup generator. City water, electricity and gas are connected. It can be used for hydroponic, soil or substrate based growing systems.
