ABOUT THE LAND

This beautiful 25 acres is nestled in the heart of Cobble Hill, with about 12 acres in pasture. There are 5 fields that could be rotated through, though they are not separately fenced at this point. There is livestock fencing in place around the perimeter of the fields which needs to be upgraded in some areas. Water is available from the creek that runs along the property.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The owner is looking for someone who would like to use the land for grazing for sheep or cows. You could either keep your animals there just for the summer months, or keep them on the land over winter. There are several outbuildings that could potentially be used if needed. There is also a home garden that could be maintained by the farmer as well if desired.
