The Centre for Sustainable Food Systems at UBC Farm is seeking an Operations Director to play a key leadership role in management of the Centre. This individual will oversee all aspects of daily operations and business development initiatives with the overarching goal to maintain organizational effectiveness and achieve financial sustainability. Responsibilities include financial management, business development, and human resources management. Ideal candidates will have experience managing businesses, non-profits, social enterprises or complex academic units, and will have experience achieving both economic and social outcomes.
