Join us for an afternoon at Prairie Garden Seeds and meet Rachelle and Jim Ternier, the father-daughter team behind the operation, and their 2025 Young Agrarians Apprentice, Roisin Graham. They have been providing biodiverse, well-adapted, quality seeds for zone 2 and 3 climates since 1986, growing 95% of their seed catalogue on their family farm.⁠

After the tour, stick around for an enriching discussion on seed stewardship and seed-growing practices while making new connections with fellow farmers and seed-saving advocates.⁠

She grows stunningly gorgeous flowers on just over half an acre, and creates beautiful bouquets and wreaths. 💐This season, she joined our Business Mentorship Network to dig into marketing her farm.⁠
