Meet Ebsa Silga, an Ethiopian farmer growing traditional Ethiopian produce outside of Edmonton, Alberta! Ebsa's main crops are anchote (a staple root vegetable from Ethiopia), Ethiopian kale, red onions, corn, organic wheat, tomatoes, potatoes, and many other veggies. Growing on 32 acres of leased land, Ebsa is supporting his community through education and providing healthy, nutrient-dense produce.⁠
