Eco Farm Days 2019

Hosted by Canadian Organic Growers Ottawa – St Lawrence – Outaouais Chapter (COGOSO) 

Planning is progressing for the 35th annual Eco Farm Days.  This event, Eastern Ontario’s premiere Organic Farming conference, will be held February 23 and 24 at the Cornwall Ramada Inn and Conference Centre.

Keynote Speaker: The keynote speaker Saturday morning will be Ben Hartman, author of The Lean Farm. On his north Indiana farm Ben incorporates the best new ideas from non-farm business into farming, minimizing waste and increasing efficiency and profits. He will also present a full day workshop on Sunday.

Workshops: Additional workshops on Saturday will expand on the theme of the many small things that can be done to enhance the productivity of organic farms of any size.

Trade Show: Saturday will also feature a trade show with local and regional businesses and agencies. If you are interested in sponsorship or exhibiting opportunities, click here.

As has been the custom for many years, lunch and and the morning and afternoon breaks will feature organic foods and beverage (locally sourced where possible).
