Dr. Bob Bors from the University of Saskatchewan and Dr. Andrew Hammermeister from Dalhousie University are coming to Salmon Arm to lead a one day workshop focusing on organic Haskap Berry production opportunities in the Shuswap.
Participants will learn about plant biology, establishing and maintaining a Haskap orchard, harvesting methods, and getting your product to market. Experts will share research and best practice examples, highlighting Haskap production opportunities in the Shuswap.
