ABOUT THE LAND
This little piece of paradise is down the scenic Pavilion Clinton road, just 10 kms west of Clinton, BC. A 150 sf grow room is also being constructed in the barn with HID lighting, irrigation and environmental contrals.
The wood heated barn also includes a cozy 500sf fully furnished suite with stainless steel appliances, 3 piece bath, king bed and wifi. This space is available for the right person, or couple (there could be additional space to be had in the loft). The landowners vision is to see the land utilized sustainably and to maintain and continue to improve the agricultural potential of the property.
