I run Little Mountain Farm http://www.littlemountainveggies.ca/, a 1-acre non-certified organic mixed vegetable farm and I am looking for a fellow farmer to share the land with for the 2018 season. Sales are primarily through a CSA (I currently harvest 50 shares/week, though this would likely be expanded with the addition of another vegetable farmer!), as well as one farmers market. I met Natural Cheesemaker David Asher last spring at Bullock Lake Farm on Salt Spring Island. My partner and I were at the farm to set up part of our research project on Keyline water management. Bullock Lake Farm is a microcosm of young agrarian ingenuity, with a successful internship program, several research projects, two CSA programs (food and flowers), animals on pasture, and much more.
