About Manna Farm Manna Farm is located in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, providing a year round, full diet, free choice CSA (Community Shared Agriculture) program. We currently produce organic vegetables, fruit, seeds, nuts, grains, beans, eggs, meat birds (chicken and turkey), and Big Leaf maple syrup. We hope to include organic mushrooms, pork, and grass-fed beef and dairy in the near future. The incubator plots are ½ acre pieces of fertile land allocated to prospective farmers, at a low cost, who have completed some form of agriculture production training.
